Hot Girls Against Breast Cancer funds mammograms, MRIs and ultrasounds for women under 40 — the ones insurance calls too young, the ones told to come back or it's probably hormonal. Proceeds from the 2027 collection go straight into screening access here in Marion County for women under 40.
Need imaging?
If you're a woman under 40 in Marion County and you've found something, or want a screening for peace of mind, or you've been told to wait and you don't want to, start here. What you need depends on your age.
Unfortunately (and annoyingly!), at this age imaging has to be ordered by a provider. Ask your primary care doctor or OB-GYN for an order for a diagnostic ultrasound or mammogram. If you've found a lump, felt a change, or have a family history, say so plainly and demand it.
No primary care? We can help. We've partnered with a local APRN — a breast cancer survivor herself — who will see you and write the order.
You can refer yourself directly to our trusted imaging partner — no doctor's order, no referral, no waiting for an appointment to ask permission.

We're a Marion County nonprofit with one job: getting women under 40 in front of a screening.
Guidelines generally start routine mammograms at 40. That works until you're 32 and you feel something, and the answer you get is that you're too young, that it's probably hormonal, that you should come back in a few years. Meanwhile the imaging that would settle it costs more out of pocket than most people have sitting around.
So we raise the money and we pay for the scan. The firefighter calendar funds it. The gala funds it. People who give monthly fund it. Nothing comes out of the pocket of the woman who needs the answer.
